此次新闻app应用程序开发主要利用java语言在android框架中对各种组件包括TextView、EditView、ListView进行系统性、框架性、整合性的学习，在编写app过程中，解决日常学习中遇到的一些单一性问题，同时通过编程实践，也能提升自己编程思维的提升，特别是面向对象的编程思维，能够解决日常学习中没有从程序整体面对各个控件、布局、数据库之间进行互相调用的疑难问题。 本次移动新闻系统主要实现以下几个功能：一是普通用户模块，拥有账号注册、账号登录、新闻查询、新闻详细内容查看、发布跟帖、查看跟帖、密码修改等功能；二是管理员模块，除了拥有实际用户的所有功能外，管理员还单独实现新闻发布、新闻维护（删除与修改）、评论维护等三大功能，在新闻内容上，实现图片和文字的混合排版功能

Each class contains 30,000 training samples and 1,900 testing samples. The total number of training samples is 120,000 and testing 7,600. The file classes.txt contains a list of classes corresponding to each label. The files train.csv and test.csv contain all the training samples as comma-sparated values. There are 3 columns in them, corresponding to class index (1 to 4), title and description. The title and description are escaped using double quotes ("), and any internal double quote is escaped by 2 double quotes (""). New lines are escaped by a backslash followed with an "n" character, that is "\n".
