Confirm that the Adafruit_GFX folder contains Adafruit_GFX.cpp and Adafruit_GFX.h. Place the Adafruit_GFX library folder your /Libraries/ folder. You may need to create the Libraries subfolder if its your first library. Restart the IDE.
