1）用户注册登录功能：在线问卷投票的用户通过注册操作获得自己的账号进行登录操作，该过程支持oauth2.0认证，使一个用户对同一调查只能进行一次操作。
2）问卷投票模板上传功能：用户可参与问卷投票选项题目自定义且可生成模板。
3）关键字过滤功能：进行关键字过滤，拦截不良问卷调查。
4）用户参与项目调查功能：用户随时可以参与作答已发布的调查项目。
5）项目数据统计功能：用户参与调查后，可查看其结果。然后系统自动统计选择型调查问卷的结果，并进行数据可视化、导出结果，然后对原始数据及可视化分析数据。
6）管理员登录功能：由后台管理账号进行登录操作，从而进行相应的系统管理操作。
7）管理员问卷投票管理功能：管理员可进行问卷投票项目的新增和删除、审核投票数排名等操作。
8）管理员账号管理功能：可修改、添加、删除用户账号信息以及移除普通用户账号等。
