为改善汽车转向轻便性和路感的问题,设计了以转向盘转矩为控制目标的电动助力转向系统。在分析电动助力转向系统数学模型的基础上,建立了基于Simulink 的电动助力转向系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,所设计的电动助力转向系统,在改善转向轻便性和路感问题的同时,控制性能不受系统参数变化的影响,具有稳定的转向盘转矩特性。
Abstract :To improve t he steering easiness and road feel of t he vehicle , an elect ric power steering
system wit h the steering torque as t he cont rol target was developed. A Simulink based
simulation model was built for t he vehicle EPS system on t he basis of t he analysis of t he mat hematics
model of t he EPS system. The simulation result s show t hat the developed EPS system improves t he
steering easiness and road feel , at t he same time , t he cont rol performance of the system does not
change wit h t he parameter s of t he system and has stable steering torque characteristic.
