opencv3.4.1，vs2013、vs2017 x64、x86编译的文件，编译的文件中包含opencv_contrib-3.4.1。包括include,bin,lib,OpenCVConfig.cmake等，可直接配置使用。

这个是基于hugin 2019.1.0.62b0662d5bee vs2013编译的64位版本，如果需要编译32位的，修改成32位重新来一次即可。具体编译过程参考：https://wiki.panotools.org/Hugin_SDK_(MSVC_2013)，该链接描述的比较详细，但是有些地方还是不详细或者小的错误，我将该链接对应的内容也复制下来放到下载里， 因为它可能随时被修改，而修改后的编译方法可能不适用于下载里面对应的源码。 由于文件太大（压缩前9.5GB，压缩后1.5GB，包含了所有依赖及依赖编译生成的中间文件）
