国嵌H.264远程视频监控系统。很好的资料。

井下电视应用一直受到传输速率的影响,数字井下电视可以分析并解决井下复杂状况问题。采用H.264编码技术可以在相同带宽传输更高的图像质量，以及采用单对线高速数字用户线（SHDSL）技术可以解决井下传输距离与速率相矛盾的问题。该传输技术具备自适应能力来适应同轴铠甲电缆，对传输介质降低了要求且节省成本。通过以上两种技术可以解决井下图像传输距离短和分辨率低的问题，并提高井下数据传输速率。

本程序包括了纯C语言编写的H.264视频编码与解码文件。已作成工程文件。可对YUV格式文件进行处理。

本软件可以修复损坏的.mov/.mp4文件，使用很简单，选择一个要修复的电影文件然后按“扫描”即可。支持批处理运行，可以批量修复电影文件。

H.264编码库

基于Qt，使用x264对摄像头采集数据进行264编码并将其写入本地文件，可播放。调试麻烦先修改.pro文件中ffmpeg和x264库的动态链接库和文件包含路径
