物流是电子商务等互联网经济的重要环节也是最大瓶颈，没有物流，互联网经济如空中楼阁。随着 近年来全球互联网经济的迅猛发展，社会经济对物流需求的广泛性和多样性使得物流行业的发展越来 越受到国家和各大企业的重视。为了满足消费者对物流的需求，各大物流商纷纷开始制定各种战略， 如“菜鸟联盟”等。物流的发展已经成为当前社会发展的一大趋势。近年来，物流发展相对而言也取 得了较大的进步，主要是利用物联网、大数据和自动化等先进工具，通过对物流设施进行监控和对客 户需求进行准确预测来提高运营效率等。但是物流领域中有一个最大的瓶颈没有得到解决，那就是供 应链上参与者的信任问题。信任问题导致供应链上物流等信息得不到共享，从而产生“牛鞭效应”和 信息不对称等现象。物流所涉及到的参与主体很多，而要实现面向多主体、多资源的服务产品信息共 享，就需要拥有在高度可信的环境下去匹配交易的能力。在当前物流体系，一般由核心企业去构建一 个中心化物流资源共享平台，上下游企业会根据各自的技术成熟度完成线上信息流的对接与线下运营 的融合，系统的安全性完全依赖于核心企业，而且信任建立的成本非常之高。建立合理的信任机制迫在 眉睫。
