针对机械手系统的非线性和不确定性，提出了一种基于径向基函数（RBF）神经网络的模糊滑模控制方法，使机械手以理想的动态品质跟踪给定的轨迹。该方法采用RBF神经网络逼近滑模控制的等效部分，不需要模型信息。同时，设计了一种模糊控制器，根据当前电机点到滑模面的距离自适应调整滑模控制的切换增益，有效地解决了抖振问题。该方法在一定程度上提高了系统的响应和跟踪性能，减少了输入控制的调整时间和抖振。利用Lyapunov定理证明了系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明，针对三自由度机械手系统设计的算法是有效的。
