本文求得了单模双包层光纤之间耦合系数精确的解析表达式.计算了上升内包层、匹配包层和凹陷内包层光纤耦合系数随归一化频率V的关系曲线.也给出了不同V值的耦合系数随归一化距离(D/α)的关系曲线.该公式不但能够计算x偏振模的耦合系数,而且也能计算y偏振模的耦合系数.它可用于分析折射率差较大的光纤之间能量耦合以及耦合器的偏振特性.

本文提出一个新的光学双稳性模型.基于平均场近似,慢变振幅近似和绝热近似的思想,把光学双稳系统看成一个“黑箱”,类比非线性振动理论,指出不同的光学双稳过程(包括不同的工作物质和不同的腔(F-P腔或环腔)),能用一个恰当的强迫振动方程统一地描述.方程中所包含的都是可测量的宏观参量,使得可能直接用实验拟合,与理论结果进行定量对照.用振动理论的方法,把方程演变成自治方程组,从而方便地得到光学双稳性稳态和动态解的一般形式.并用若干已报道的具体例子验证了这个模型的普适性.

采用熔盐法分别采用KCl，K2SO4，K2CO3或KNO3为熔融盐和Nb2O5反应，900 ℃下反应2 h合成了铌酸钾晶体。研究了熔融盐的种类对产物组成、形貌和光学性能的影响。X射线衍射检测结果表明分别采用KCl和K2SO4 为熔融盐时的产物为KNb3O8，而采用K2CO3和KNO3为熔融盐时得到的产物为K3NbO4。电子扫描显微镜检测结果表明采用KCl为熔融盐时产物为0.2~0.5 μm宽，1~10 μm长的棒状结构，采用K2SO4为熔融盐时，产物为0.2~1 μm宽，1~25 μm长的棒状结构。采用K2CO3为熔融盐时，产物不是棒状结构,而是不规则颗粒状结构。采用KNO3为熔融盐时，产物为0.2~1 μm宽的棒状结构，长度为0.5~4 μm，部分棒连接在一起。荧光光谱研究表明，以K2SO4，K2CO3和KNO3为熔融盐制备的样品具有非常相似的荧光光谱，以KCl，K2SO4和K2CO3为熔融盐制备的样品具有较好的荧光性。
