Oracle数据访问组件(ODAC)为Borland Delphi,Borland Delphifor .NET,C++ Builder以及Kylix提供了一些可视化的控件，他们可以访问Oracle数据库。ODAC可以代替Borland数据库引擎(BDE)。ODAC直接使用Oracle调用接口(OCI)。OCI是一个应用程序接口，它可以使开发者利用第三代语言的本地过程或者函数直接访问Oracle数据库，并且控制SQL语句的执行。
